I am going to try and sell my Nikkor 50mm f/1.4 AF-S G lens. This lens is sweet and I have used it a ton in the past year, however, I am sort of kind of switching to Canon. Canon makes the legendary Canon 50mm f/1.2 lens and I don’t think Nikon will EVER make a 50mm f/1.2 AF-S lens.
So here are some photos of the two lenses side by side. And you can see the size difference between the two lenses. I love my new Canon 50mm. For the record I am keeping my Nikons and the Nikon zoom lenses. I am selling the Nikon 50mm for $350 and I will not be budging off that price. It is in excellent shape and if I can’t sell it for that much I will keep it as a backup.
