Friends gather for the Pink Party
Gay Pride in utah is held the first weekend in June and to kick off the weekend the Hotel Monoco plays host the the Pink Party as a fundraiser for the Utah AIDS Foundation. This is the third annual Pink Party and it was a blast! Pink themed drinks, pink feather boas, and pink clothes were the theme.
Recreating the movie Up
Food was supplied by Bambara restaurant and as always it is delicious. And from what I was told the drinks were delicious – photographers don’t or shouldn’t drink when photographing – the photos would come out all blurry.
Tips go to the Utah AIDS Foundation
People may not think that HIV/AIDS exists or effects anyone in Utah, however, it does. It has effected people near and dear to me and we need to fight for them and fight for a cure. Any and all donations to the Utah AIDS Foundation would be amazing. 10% of any photography sold from my SmugMug page will be donated to the Utah AIDS foundation.
