Flowers captured with my macro lens

I was photographing an event in a beautifully landscaped backyard and they had these cool flowers – and I happened to be armed with my Nikkor f/2.8 105mm micro lens. So I decided to practice some quick flower photography.

You can’t even tell I just a flash – on camera.

I really like this photo – maybe I should do more flowers and macro photography. Check out the photo on my SmugMug.

  1. Nice macro shot. Difficult to tell u used flash, though the out of focus flower behind the open flower (which is in focus) is a bit distracting.
