If I never make a dime as a photographer I will be all to happy to donate my time to worthwhile causes such at the International Rescue Committee. This organization helps around the world with everything from providing food, clean drinking water and even helping refugees relocate.
This dinner helped recognize families that had relocated to the United States – Utah more specifically. There were people from the middle east, Asia, South America and other locations. The entertainment included dancers from Rwanda and Burundi.
It was my honor to try and capture the tender moments and the breaking of bread in thanks.
