A friend from my day job asked me a big favor – and who am I to say no? Some people say I need to learn how to say no but I think the best customer service is when I say yes or I will to everything I can.
Anywho, my friend Rana was going to a black tie dinner at the Marriott on the University of Utah’s campus ( I didn’t know they had a hotel at the University but I digress ). And Rana wanted a few photos she could send to her grandmother. I had a big photo shoot that was going to end about 6 or 6:30 and her event started at 7pm. So the goal was to drive from my first shoot to the hotel and take a few pictures before the dinner started.
So here are a few of the best photos. I really like the one with the trees and red leaves on the ground – I added a soft blur/glamour glow to the photo and it really reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. And the location was the island infront of the hotel – amazing what you can do in a hurry and in photoshop.
